In your footsteps is an abstract artwork using home made flower dyed Irish linen and foraged charcoal and pigment marks along with home made botanical inks; coffee, oak gall and tea adhered to a wooden panel 84 x 64 cm framed in natural wood. The artwork is 4 inches depth and overlaps the 3 inch frame.
The linen has been cleansed with sage shown with burn marks. It’s roots in Native American tradition, cleanses of negative energy to generate wisdom and clarity and promote healing.
